HEALTH TECH IMPLEMENTATION AWARD

Celebrating the unsung heroes of health tech implementation and impact.

After two years of celebrating collaboration with the Health Tech Adoption Awards, it is time for a small change. The Hermit was born as the Health Tech Adoption Awards, awarded to the driving forces behind the successful collaborations bridging the gap between healthcare and health tech. Great ideas can result in large impact, if they are implemented the right way. This is why we have decided to rename The Hermit ‘The Health Tech Implementation Awards’. Our focus is the same: finding the most successful collaborations enabling the best solutions to be used for better healthcare. The Hermit is a joint achievement - we celebrate the partnerships and the people taking a chance and succeeding.

THE WINNERS OF THE HERMIT 2023:

Meet the successful partnerships that have been awarded The Hermit in 2023:

National Adoption Awards: HealthBuddy by Daman x Region Hovedstaden (Danish Regions)

  • The winner of the national award is a collaboration where the health tech company has excelled at tapping into both a real clinical need and patient needs, and based on these developed a solution that has created value for all 3 stakeholders. At the same time, important data and performance measures have been generated, confirming the relevance of the solution.

International Adoption Awards A: Rheumabuddy & Vienna Universitetshospital

  • This collaboration is a great example of how learnings from a local project can successfully be transferred to a new domain abroad and create value there. The project confirms that healthcare needs and illness are not local problems, but extend across borders, and when the solutions are developed with an international outlook, they can also be scaled internationally.

International Adoption Awards B: SyncVR Medical x Aarhus Universitetshospital

  • The jury is particularly impressed by the high and long-term commitment from the healthcare partner, making it possible to test, generate evidence and implement a solution that is valuable to the end users. The jury finds that it is relevant that the learnings from this collaboration are spread nationally, so that more of the valuable technology solutions developed abroad can be implemented in Denmark.
THE FINALISTS
