Facilitate Problem Solving

We run effective processes with the ecosystem on mapping and understanding structural challenges and barriers to digital health, and map current proven solutions in Denmark and abroad. We also facilitate Policy Labs and Task Forces with the ecosystem to pressure-test and prioritise our recommendations.

We share the learnings and methods that arise from our healthcare projects, in order to scale these across the ecosystem and create greater impact.

Mapping and Prototyping

We help you run needs-driven innovation processes, packaging digital-enabled user journey(s) and success factors into prototypes that are easy to test, then to implement and scale. The resulting packages include all the components (tools and guidance) necessary to easily implement and successfully benefit from digitalising a user journey.

Implementation & Scaling

We support our healthcare partners in adopting the right digital health solutions, the right way. But we don't stop there: we help healthcare providers helping each other overcome their common challenges, by building scaling vehicles for these organisations to share implementation competencies, resources and tools.
