We help you run needs-driven innovation processes, packaging digital-enabled user journey(s) and success factors into prototypes that are easy to test, then to implement and scale. The resulting packages include all the components (tools and guidance) necessary to easily implement and successfully benefit from digitalising a user journey.

Challenge exploration

Working with the Partner, we run needs-driven innovation processes with the users and ecosystem. We then map the user journey, conduct need assessment and root-cause analysis, in order to create a Theory of Change.

Map proven solutions

We map and engage organisations and digital health technologies that have successfully and digitally solved the challenges you are facing, in Denmark and globally. We also study surrounding success factors (e.g., leadership and change management practices, psychological safety). We create case catalogues based on the resulting data.

Create package prototypes

As the next step, we package digital-enabled user journey(s) and success factors into prototypes that are easy to test, then to implement and scale. The prototypes are adapted to local context and integrated with evidence-based analogue interventions.

Test, iterate & evaluate

We then connect the ecosystem for testing. We find the right test partners to validate and iterate prototypes on behalf of the larger ecosystem. Testing is done for for positive impact, ease of implementation, feasibility and cost. We then prepare the final packages for scaling.

We act as a trusted advisor to political decision-makers on how to build a smart healthcare system. Our healthcare recommendations are based on our knowledge of the ecosystem: the structural challenges and barriers to be overcome, the existing proven digital health solutions in Denmark and abroad, and the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
