The session helps you understand what investors look at and how to prepare: what drives valuation before meaningful revenue, how clinical evidence, regulatory progress and commercial traction influence their assessments, and how to build and defend a credible valuation.

What is the format?
Practical insights and discussion with two early-stage investors, and time to ask questions about your own fundraising challenges, including how to balance capital needs, dilution and expectations for future rounds. The session follows our funding bootcamp on dilution and cap tables.

Christoffer Melchior is a DanBAN member and active health business angel. Mathias Brink is a partner and CEO at Delphinus Venture Capital. Both bring perspectives from early-stage health and medtech investing.
