Over the years we have worked with 250+ healthcare professionals across Denmark, Germany, the UK and the US – and we do it as a non-profit.
You can work with us in three ways, depending on what you need: a solution you have not found yet, support for something you are building yourself, or a barrier taken to the people who can remove it. Each one is below.

There’re two ways we can help. Bring your challenge to a Healthcare Catalyst event, or run a project with us.
healthcare catalyst
Share it at a Healthcare Catalyst event – present your challenge and how you work with innovation today. We pick relevant solutions and introduce you to the ones that fit, and you meet peers with the same challenge, some of whom have already solved it.
What you get: a shortlist of relevant solutions and direct contact with the companies behind it, without running a search yourself.

projects
Run a project with us – we scope your need, find and assess the right solutions, and help you implement the one that fits. Paid at a non-profit rate or through grant funding.
What you get: an informed choice, backed by evidence, and a plan to put it to use.
PensionDanmark wanted to give its members more mental health support than psychologist sessions alone could offer. Today their in-house mental health team offers SilverCloud as a first step in a stepped care model, and refers members to a psychologist when needed.
you are building a solution
You work with health tech inside your organisation.

Some of what stops you is structural, and cannot be fixed from where you sit. We bring your barriers to the people who can change them.

Procurement that is too complex to plan around. Pilots that stall before they scale. Budgets that do not stretch. Requirements that change from one hospital or municipality to the next. Or something else entirely. Tell us where it breaks down, and we take it – with recommendations – to ministries, regions and Folketinget.
What you get: the problems you meet every day raised where decisions are made, and conditions that make the next health tech project easier.
We interviewed 100+ leaders and experts across healthcare, companies and industry to map barriers and recommend structural solutions. The Health Structure Commission used this work in its recommendations, which are now part of the health reform: Digital Sundhed Danmark, a National Centre for Health Innovation, and a patient right to digital treatment.
